David Zucker
Director, producer and writer David Zucker is known for successful comedies like Airplane!, Ruthless People, three Naked Guns, Scary Movie 3 and 4, and many others. Known to be a big fan of David Crockett, he made a cameo appearance in The Naked Gun 2½ dressed as the frontiersman. Zucker is also a collector of Crockett artifacts and memorabilia and has called Crockett “the Groucho Marx of his day.”
